GREEK SALAD, WISTERIA STYLE. 🥗
This thing is not messing around.
A huge bed of spring mix loaded with red onion, feta, Kalamata olives, pepperoncini, tomato and cucumber, finished with our favorite Greek dressing.
And when we say huge, we mean it.
We’ve had more than a few customers tell us it’s the biggest — and one of the best — Greek salads they’ve had in the city.
We’re not arguing. 😏

Here’s one of those little things that makes a really big difference:
We make our sauces in-house.
We could buy a bottle, sq**rt it on a sandwich and call it a day.
But where’s the fun in that?
The sauces, spreads, slaws and weird little combinations coming out of this truck are a huge part of what makes our sandwiches ours.

🎉 HAPPY 20TH BIRTHDAY, JJ! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating one of our own — and honestly, we are lucky to have on this little sandwich shop team.

JJ is the kind of employee every business hopes for. He works hard, shows up, jumps in wherever he’s needed, and somehow manages to keep his cool even when things get completely sideways back here. He’s dependable, kind, loyal, and just a genuinely good human to have on our team.

And on behalf of every girl working at Wisteria Tavern behind the bar… a special thank you for ALWAYS catching us at the back door and taking the trash out before we have to do it ourselves. 😂🙌 Apparently chivalry is alive and well.

Meet NONE OF YOUR JALAPEÑO BUSINESS — our latest attempt at taking a perfectly respectable turkey sandwich and making absolutely no attempt to behave.

Something a little different is growing beneath the trees.

On Sunday, October 4, Pensacola’s historic 12th Avenue tree tunnel becomes the Folklore & Cottagecore Market at Wisteria Tavern.

Twenty-plus local makers. Live music. Seasonal cocktails. Oktoberfest b**rs. Good food from the Sandwich Shop. A Sunday made for slowing down, wandering awhile, and finding something worth taking home.
