Well God aloud me to complete all Santas commitments and then bam I have been sick ever since Sunday... Unfortunately this means I was unable to replenish stock for this weekend,,, So we will not be open. Hope everyone had a Wonderful Christmas... See y'all next week.

WOW was it HOT today...my great staff toughed it out and No rain...Update Sausage sales growing very fast...thinking about a contest of who can guess how many we will sell this month...What you think folks ...interested in testing your skills or changing history and come buy your sausage...every vote counts...check back and I'll post the details here...What kind of prize ???(any ideas)

Ok Folks...This weekend brings the Sausage search to an end...I believe I have struck a deal for the best tasting Sausage ...Spicy and Mild and they can keep it in stock... The future looks bright for Knights Corner...
