You might be asking “what is the traders chicken?” so buckle up and lemme tell ya 😎 first we marinate our chicken thighs in a soy sauce based brine for over 24 hours to really establish that salty base flavor, then we toss it on the grill for a little char and brush it with a sweet glaze to finish it off before plating it with some rice + mac salad.

In short, it’s the perfect balance of sweet and salty and you’re gonna LOVE it. 💯
