Ten years. Many storms. One incredible team. 🤍

Over the past ten years, we’ve weathered more than a few storms. From COVID and Hurricane Sally to a historic snowstorm and now another hurricane and power outage, we’ve faced unexpected closures, difficult days, and the challenge of starting again.

But through it all, one thing has remained constant: the strong foundation we’ve built and the extraordinary people behind George Bistro + Bar.

Time and again, our team shows up, rolls up their sleeves, and does whatever it takes to prepare our restaurant to welcome guests again. Their dedication, resilience, and heart are what make George so special.

To our incredible team, we couldn’t be prouder or more grateful. And to our Pensacola community, our hearts are with everyone affected by the storm.

We’re reopening tomorrow, Tuesday, October 13, at 4:30 PM!
