To our wonderful Happy China family,
We know it has been a while since our last update. After we closed our doors in May, we spent months searching for a new home for Happy China. We looked everywhere, but we couldn't find a spot that fit our needs and budget to bring back the full buffet you loved.
But we couldn't stay away from the kitchen—or from you—for long!
For the past six months, we have been operating Brickery’s Grill in the Cordova Mall food court. At first, we didn't announce it because everything felt so different—the name, the menu, and no more buffet.
However, so many of you have recognized our faces and stopped to say hello! It has been such a joy to see familiar friends again. We realized we owe you an explanation and, more importantly, an invitation.
While the name is different, the heart of our cooking is the same. We are serving up your favorites like:

✅ Lo Mein & Egg Drop Soup
Can't make it to the mall? We can come to you! You can now find us for delivery on DoorDash and Uber Eats under "Brickery’s Grill." Now you can get those famous wings delivered right to your door!
If you’ve been wondering where we went, we are right here. Please come by the mall and say hi—we’ve truly missed this community.
