The warm, euphoric taste and texture of Ewephoria aged sheep’s milk Gouda beckons you to transcendence of flavor. 🧀 🐑 🌀 Few cheese’s have all the answers, but this is one of them. 👁

Be the first to take home some of our exciting new Ewephoria aged sheep milk Gouda from Holland 🇳🇱. This luxurious treat is famed for it’s sweet, butterscotch and caramel notes which stand up beautifully to the crunchy, flavor-packed salt crystals formed over it’s year of aging.
