Happy Birthday Ma!

Sometimes making sense of things isn’t our job. Some things are better left in God’s hands. Our part is to continue loving ourselves, extend compassion to others, and approach life with understanding.

Those have never been just words. They have become the foundation that continues to carry our family and our team through this season. One of the most difficult seasons of our lives.

Every conversation with you reminds us that peace isn’t found in having all the answers, but in living intentionally. Even when life doesn’t unfold the way we hope it will, what a privilege it is to have a mother whose unconditional love quiets our hearts. We always find ourselves recharged with the kind of peace that only a mother’s heart can give.

Yesterday, Tuesday, July 7, a gentleman experiencing a medical emergency drove through our building.

First and foremost, we thank the Lord that no one was injured. We also want to express our sincere gratitude to the Pensacola Police Department and Pensacola Fire Department for their quick response and compassionate care for the gentleman during his medical emergency.

We are beyond grateful for our incredible team. Over the past 24 hours, everyone has come together to help get everything back in order so we can continue serving our community.

Tacos El Fluffy will resume our regular business hours:

Thursday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

There’s something beautiful about traditions.

Three years ago we started making our Red, White & Blue tortillas because we thought they’d bring smiles. Today they’ve become one of our favorite annual traditions.

This Fourth of July, we’re grateful not only for the opportunity to pursue our dream, but for every person who has walked through our doors and made Tacos El Fluffy part of their story.

Here’s to good food, meaningful conversations, and the people we get to share them with.

💙 Blue gets its vibrant color from blue spirulina.

❤️ Red gets its color from beets.

🤍 And the white is our classic handmade tortilla.

Good afternoon everyone,
I want to quickly address a post that appeared on the Tacos El Fluffy page earlier today. We’re honestly not sure who made that post, and I did not create or approve it.
I’ve been at the shop all day welcoming and serving all the wonderful guests who came in today, so I was surprised to see it as well.
To clarify — Tacos El Fluffy is NOT closing.
We are open and operating.
Our current hours are:
