Two years ago, Andrew stepped onto the truck… and Sauce Boss hasn’t been the same since. 🔥

From the specials board to the day-to-day chaos, he’s helped shape so much of what Sauce Boss has become — and if you’ve had one of our burgers over the last two years, there’s a very good chance his fingerprints are all over it.

So to celebrate, he built a special of his own: The Frenchie Dip.
Savory smash patties smothered with peppers & onions, melty Swiss, toasted sourdough, and a side of au jus because Andrew doesn’t really do things halfway. 😎

This month, we teamed up with our friends at Royal Rednecks… and things got a little crazy. 🔥

Introducing the Royal Redneck — a Royal Red shrimp po’ boy with bold, unexpected flavor. We got tom yum-marinated Royal Red shrimp, crunchy slaw, and a punchy kimchi aioli that ties it all together.

It’s coastal. It’s spicy. It’s not playing it safe.

And yeah… we built fries to match.

The Kimchee Fries bring the heat with chopped prime beef, melty pepper jack, and that same kimchi aioli doing heavy lifting.
