Smoked chicken leg quarters, mac & cheese, and coleslaw — cooked fresh this morning, picked up by some awesome families. Nothing left!

Huge thank you to our first-ever customers for trusting us with your Saturday lunch. This was a real learning day for us — figuring out timing, portioning, the whole process — and it’s only going to get smoother from here.
