We opened the freezer this morning and it basically said “you better warn the people…”

Because a fresh shipment of happiness just landed and we didn’t hold back.

We just stocked 12 fan-favorite flavors all at once:

Today is a special day at The Parlor.

Ethan turns 18 today

We are still trying to figure out how this happened because it feels like yesterday that he was only 17!

He works hard, treats people kindly, and never complains (unless we run out of Birthday Cake Ice Cream… which we made sure not to do today.)

To celebrate, we scooped Birthday Cake Ice Cream in his honor — and honestly, it fits him perfectly. Sweet, dependable, and always makes people smile.

If you see him, wish him a Happy Birthday. We’re proud of the young man he’s becoming and thankful he spends his days here with us.

This week… wow.

We saw folks come in after practices and recitals, families share tables, kids pick out ice cream flavors very seriously, and a whole lot of laughter around those little tables. That never gets old to us.

Pell City continues to show up for us in ways we don’t take lightly. Every order, every “see y’all tomorrow,” every wave through the window — it matters more than you probably realize.

Today we’re closed for a day of rest, family, and gratitude.

We’ll spend today thankful… and we’ll be back Tuesday ready to serve happiness again!

We made it to Friday, Pell City!

This has been one of those weeks —
early mornings, long days, kids at practice, homework at the kitchen table, and a whole lot of running from one thing to the next.

So tonight… you don’t have to cook.
You don’t have to clean.
And for just a little while, you don’t have to be in a hurry.

Bring the family.
Bring the team after practice.
Bring a friend you haven’t caught up with in too long.

We’ll handle lunch or supper and we’ll take care of dessert.

Around here Friday nights are simple:
