LOOK WHO’S BACK AT THE PARLOR!

Some people leave for college and come home to visit family. Others come home and get put right back to work!

We are SO excited to welcome ETHAN back to The Parlor!

Ethan headed off to college this fall, and while we couldn’t be happier for him as he starts this exciting new chapter, we’ve sure missed having him around!

Ethan has been a special part of The Parlor family, and one thing we’ve learned is that once you’re part of this crew, you’re ALWAYS part of this crew.

It’s his first time back behind the counter since leaving for college, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him home!

So if you’ve missed Ethan as much as we have, stop by, grab some pizza or ice cream, and help us give him a big welcome home!

Pell City’s homecoming game has been moved to TONIGHT due to weather concerns, so we’re switching gears and getting our Panther spirit ready a day early! 🏈🐾

That means finding your black and gold, gathering your crew, and answering the question that somehow comes up before every game…

“What are we doing for supper?” 😂

We can help with that part! Stop by The Parlor before heading to the stadium for pizza, muffulettas, wings, and something sweet to get your homecoming evening started. 🎃 A little BOO. A lot of BRRR! 🍧

Our shaved ice just got dressed up for Halloween, and we think it’s wearing the cutest costume in town! Introducing Pumpkin Freeze—your favorite shaved ice flavors served in a smiling jack-o’-lantern cup.

Because here in Alabama, we can decorate for fall, put pumpkins on the porch, and dream about sweater weather… but some afternoons still call for a frozen treat. 😂

Tuesday is a funny little day. Monday gets all the complaints. Friday gets all the excitement. And Tuesday? Tuesday is just over there asking what’s for dinner. 😂🍕

We have a few ideas.

Maybe it’s pizza with your favorite people. Maybe it’s an OG Muffuletta you’ve been thinking about since lunchtime. Or maybe you already have dinner figured out, but a little ice cream outing sounds like exactly what your evening needs.

Here at The Parlor, we’re big believers that you don’t have to wait for a birthday, a celebration, or the weekend to enjoy something good. Sometimes making it through Tuesday is reason enough. 💙

Bring the kids. Grab your spouse. Invite someone you haven’t caught up with lately. Or come by yourself and enjoy a few minutes when nobody is asking you to find their shoes.

Monday called. It wants to know what’s for supper.

We told it we’d ask you. 😂🍕

Somewhere between getting everybody out the door, working, running errands, and figuring out what you forgot to do this weekend… somebody still has to decide what to eat.

That’s where we come in. 💙

Let The Parlor handle the cooking tonight! Pick up a pizza to take home, bring your favorite people in for a meal, or meet someone for a little ice cream break. You don’t need a birthday, a celebration, or a perfectly planned outing to enjoy something good together.

SPOOKY SEASON HAS OFFICIALLY HIT THE PARLOR!

The ghosts are out, the leaves are falling and the pumpkins are everywhere.
There’s no need to be frightened though because we’re still serving happiness.

October calories are different anyway. We’re pretty sure anything involving pizza, ice cream, candy, or whipped cream counts as seasonal decorating.

Come haunt downtown Pell City with us today. Grab some pizza, get some ice cream, and start October slightly overfed and very happy.

We have some new team members!!!

📣 Meet Grant—The Parlor’s newest team member and our very own Mr. Personality! 😂🍕🍦

Some people start a new job quietly, take a little time to warm up, and ease into getting to know everyone.

Then there’s Grant.

Shy? Not even a little. 🤣

If personality were listed on a résumé, we’re pretty sure his would need an extra page! He’s joining a crew that already knows how to turn a shift into a good time, so we have a feeling he’s going to fit right in.

One of our favorite things about The Parlor is that every person brings something different to the team. It takes more than pizza and ice cream to make this little place feel welcoming—it takes people. The conversations, the laughter, and the personalities behind the counter are all part of what makes coming here special.

And apparently, we just added another BIG personality to the mix! 😂

We’re excited to have Grant on board and can’t wait for y’all to get to know him. Next time you stop in for lunch, dinner, or that “I just need a little ice cream” visit, say hello and help us welcome him to The Parlor family.

We have a little update from the dough tossing department at The Parlor: it’s getting better! 🍕🙌

When we first started practicing, some tosses looked more like a rescue mission than a pizza in the making. There were plenty of nervous hands, surprised faces, and moments when everyone nearby took one careful step back. But that’s part of the fun of learning something new.

Now the dough is going up, coming back down, and actually landing where it’s supposed to. We caught this toss on video, and we have to admit—we watched it more than once. The focus! The height! The catch! You can almost see the confidence growing with every try.

One of our favorite things about The Parlor is getting to watch our crew learn, laugh, and cheer each other on. The little moments behind the counter are a big part of what makes this place feel like us.
