Stump Lake Park Located 12 miles south of Lakota in Nelson County, ND.

Just a reminder the water will be turned off at Stumplake Park on Monday morning October 12th. The docks will be pulled in Wednesday October 14th morning. The park will be closed to campers Sunday afternoon, so we can prepare for the winter. See you in the Spring.

Stumplake Bar and Grill will be having their final night party on October 3. We will open up for the Bison game that Saturday and we will be selling all our b**r that night that we have left. We will be setting snacks out throughout the evening. Help yourself Free Will Offering.
Bud and I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who helped us out throughout the summer like our workers, all of our Bar and Cafe patrons, all our people who came out for camping. All the helpers that were behind the scene. I apologize if I missed people but we appreciate you all. If God willing hopefully we will be back next year with lots of exciting things to go.

Just a reminder for Stumplake Park Campers we are doing a Pumpkin painting on Saturday afternoon September 12th from 2 to 4. Please let me know if your children will be participating so we can make sure we have enough pumpkins.

Stumplake Bar and Grill will be running a special next weekend August 28 & 29 of Indian tacos, regular tacos or Taco in a bag.
Labor Day weekend September 5th and 6th we will be doing Soup and Sandwich.
Stumplake lake Bar and Grill will be open at 11:00am to 12:00pm on September 5th and 11:00 to 3:00 September 6th.

Whether you’ve watched Roller Derby before or have always wondered what it is all about we’d love to have you join us. It’s a fast-pace family-friendly and great way to spend your day at the lake.

Spectators Admission is just $5.00
Saturday August 8th.

2:00pm - No Contact Scrimmage
Watch skaters demonstrate speed,agility teamwork and stategy through positional blocking. This is a great introduction to the sport and a fun way to learn how Short Track Derby work.

2:45pm Low Contact Scrimmage
The action picks up as skaters add controlled contact, teamwork and strategy while continuing to build their skills.

3:30pm Full Contact Scrimmage
Get ready for some exciting fast-pace gameplay featuring legal hits, quick transitions, teamwork, and plenty of action.

Awards and annual group photo
Stick around as we recognize outstanding skaters celebrate the day and take our annual StumpThing Legendary III Photo. Whether you stop for one game or spend the whole afternoon with us, we’d love to share the excitement of Roller Derby with Stump Lake neighbors. Take a picture of the derby girls and get signed autographs.
Bring your family and come cheer on the skaters from around the region while enjoying a fun day at the lake.

Saturday August 8th the Roller Derby will be back again for their annual event. $5.00 admission. Come out and watch. It gets very exciting. This is open to everyone. Time will be announced soon.
