The sweetest bride-to-be deserved the sweetest celebration! We absolutely loved being part of this beautiful bridal shower, where classic white elegance met the cutest black bow details. 🖤

We created a gorgeous grazing table filled with charcuterie favorites—beautifully styled and ready for everyone to gather around, snack, and celebrate the bride-to-be! ✨

PART 3 ♥️ The FOOD + The Perfect Ending

From rehearsal dinner to a late-night s’mores bar under a FULL MOON… this wedding weekend had it all. ♥️🕯️✨

We started with rehearsal dinner featuring spiral ham, mac & cheese and green beans — the perfect comfort-food meal before the big day!

Then it was time for the wedding! 😍

Cocktail hour started with a nacho fountain and chip & dip bar, followed by not one, but TWO dinner options — a taco bar AND pulled pork with all the sides! 🌮

And we definitely didn’t forget dessert! We provided a beautiful single-tier wedding cake along with a full dessert bar for everyone to enjoy. 🎂✨

But one of our favorite parts came later in the evening…

🔥 A late-night s’mores bar around the fire pit — with nothing but a gorgeous full moon overhead to complete the night. 🌕♥️

Good food, a warm fire, a full moon, and everyone gathered together celebrating two people in love. We couldn’t think of a better way to end such a beautiful wedding weekend.

PART 2 ♥️ The Reception

And THIS is what all that planning turned into… ♥️🕯️✨

The finished reception was everything we hoped it would be — moody, romantic, warm, and full of beautiful details.

Deep burgundy tones paired with glowing lanterns, natural wood slabs, greenery, and rustic touches created the perfect atmosphere for the evening.

There’s just something about seeing the tables completely set, the lights dimmed, the lanterns glowing, and the entire room ready before the guests walk in. ✨

Every little detail came together to create a reception that felt beautiful, intimate, and completely fitting for this couple.

We loved watching this one come to life! ♥️

PART 1 ♥️ The Planning + Details

When months of planning finally turn into THIS… ♥️🕯️✨

Deep burgundy, glowing lanterns, natural wood slabs, and all the warm, romantic details made this wedding feel like something straight out of a dream.

But what you see in these photos is only part of the story! For months leading up to this celebration, we worked alongside our couple through the planning process — organizing all the details, building the timeline, communicating with the entire vendor team, and making sure everyone was set and ready to bring the couple’s vision to life.

Then wedding day arrived… and we finally got to watch all those plans, conversations, and little details come together. ♥️

That’s one of our favorite parts of wedding coordination — watching something we’ve been planning for months become the day our couple has been dreaming about.

A beautiful retirement dinner to celebrate an incredible career! 🍂✨

We had the honor of catering an evening filled with delicious food and great memories, starting with charcuterie cups for appetizers, followed by a fajita dinner with all the fixings. 🌮🧀

For dessert, guests enjoyed whole carrot cake, triple chocolate cake, and cherry cheesecake — the perfect sweet ending to a special celebration! 🍰🍫🍒

With a cozy fall vibe throughout the evening, it was a wonderful way to honor a well-deserved retirement. Thank you for letting Katie’s Catering be part of such a meaningful milestone! ❤️

A great breakfast for an even greater cause! 🇺🇸💪

We had the opportunity to cater breakfast for the LEAD Center’s Contractor Day, hosted by the Local 101 operators. Contractors from around the area came out to watch the students in action and learn more about what the program is all about. 🦺👷‍♂️

We love supporting unions, trade schools, and the next generation of skilled workers who are building America every day! 🇺🇸

A full day of good food for a great group! 🇺🇸💪

We had the opportunity to cater the DBIA event with a Trap Shoot, starting the morning off with 110 breakfast burritos 🌯 and coming back for lunch with a BBQ spread of brisket, pulled pork, cheesy corn, baked beans & coleslaw! 🔥

We absolutely love getting to support the hardworking union companies and trades that are out there building America every single day. 🇺🇸

And we saved a pretty delicious part for last! 😍

We loved getting to provide the full food and beverage experience for this beautiful wedding!

🥂 A charcuterie grazing table welcomed guests in the saloon area
🥗 Salads and rolls were served right at the tables
🍽️ Our staff served dinner featuring beef tips & chicken for the main course
🎂 A beautiful two-tier wedding cake AND groom’s cake
🍪 Plus a HUGE dessert spread because you can never have too many sweets!
🍻 And our bartending team kept the drinks flowing throughout the celebration!

From cocktail hour to dinner, desserts and drinks, our team was there to serve the guests and take care of all the details behind the scenes. 🤍

Now for all those beautiful details! 😍

This family WORKED! They DIY’d and decorated so much of this reception themselves, and everything came together beautifully. You could see how much time, love, and thought went into every little detail. 🤍

We helped with planning the day, setup, keeping everything organized and moving behind the scenes, and then jumping in for tear down once the celebration was over.

We love getting to work alongside families like this — they brought the vision and so many of the special touches, and we helped make sure the day came together so they could celebrate! 🥂✨

One more to go… Part 3 is all about the FOOD! 😋
