All my life, for as long as I can remember, I've wanted to be a chef. I received my Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, TX. After graduating, I Ianded a sous chef position at a fine dining establishment. From there, I learned more about the "business" aspect. I launched my catering company so I could offer tasteful and affordable art to everyday people.
