The Brazoria County Fair may have come to an end but memories last forever💜.

This time all week, we would be hauling in 300+ pounds of product after making custard until 1-3am!!! But loved every minute with laughing and seeing everyone.

We want to thank the BCFA commitee and everyone that supported us, and a special shout out to Mrs. Kasey who brought friends and family daily (sometimes 2 or 3 times but we won't tell anyone, lol), got pints to go, had Papa Rollie favorite peach jam delivered, and delivered food for the Rollie's team!!!

See yall next year!!! If you know of any Fairs or Festivals you think we should look into please let us know.

It is always great when we see some of the OGs of the Brazoria County Fair . Mr Darrell ALWAYS gets either a Banana Split or Root B**r Float!!!

Mr Darrell was there when our Daughter had a mixup with her Scramble Heifer and he and Mrs Tammy Vasquez (whose the best) got it all worked out. Wow that was 10 years of memories ago and counting!!!

Happy Sweetest Day Rollie's Fans 💜

What better way to celebrate than hanging out with your sweetheart while enjoying your favorite Rollie's treat!?! And since today is the last day of Brazoria County Fair and we are here, come on out 😍.
12pm to 11pm today

Only 2 days left for Brazoria County Fair !!! Time has flown by.

What we like most about attending the Fair are all of the memories created. From the kids showing, friends created with parents, to simply seeing people year over year.

Mama Rollie has been taking pics with a group of girls that just loved how "happy and nice she is". Its been 5 years and now "boy friends" have joined in the photo 💜. They fill her in on new things in their lives since last year and she encourages and gives advice.

Memories are priceless. Slow down and enjoy the moments.

Only 3 days left for the Brazoria County Fair!!!

Today is auction day, where the kids whose projects did well go the sale. We had one of our regulars come by and get his piggy a special treat and she absolutely loved it 💜!!

Today we are bringing a daily requested flavor Pumpkin Spice, Vanilla, Chocolate and Cake Batter. We also have Rainbow Italian Ice.

Day 6 of Brazoria County Fair !!!

And this is what happens when you are running late on Breeding Beef day!?! You have your dedicated fans take a seat and wait patiently for you to open 😍

Mark the day, Mrs Janet got something different!!!

We have been serving her and her family for over 6 years. At the Brazoria County Fair, jackpot shows, and even her job and she has gotten the same thing every time!!! It was to the point that when we saw her and family roll up today, Papa Rollie started making her order Vanilla with EXTRA chocolate syrup, and then she said Root b**r Float!!!! Papa Rollie almost passed out and had to come to window and check to make sure she was OK, 😂😂😂

But seriously appreciate the support 💜

Day 5 at the Brazoria County Fair

Today the Scramble and Commercial Heifers will enter the ring!!

Also today we are having our most requested flavor BANANA PUDDIN 💜. Plus Vanilla, Chocolate and Cake Batter. Will be open 2pm to 10pm.

And today is free admission!!!

It's always great seeing the kiddos that have been coming since day 1. They still making it a point to get their treats. And hearing that we make their show, really warms our hearts 💕.

Today we had a Princess use her magic wand to tap pay for her treat!!! We must say this was a first for us, lol.

Day 4 of the Brazoria County Fair and today the goats and lamb will be strutting their stuff!!

And today the Rollie's team is strutting their stuff with their delicious Strawberry Custard to go with Vanilla, Chocolate and Cake Batter. Today's Italian Ice is Sour Apple and Rainbow. 2pm to 10pm

Happy Sunday Rollie's Fans!

Today at Brazoria County Fair there is a lot of things going on. From Rabbits, to Ag Mechanics, to Steers. Today is a great day to come on out and enjoy your favorite treat and check out the Fair.

We will be open 12pm to 11pm and flavors will be Vanilla, Chocolate, Cake Batter, and what would a Sunday be without our famous Butter Pecan 😍!!! We will also have Rainbow Italian Ice for a non-dairy option.

Hey Rollie's Frozen Custard Fans!!!

We are setup on Rollie's corner and will be at the Brazoria County Fair until next Saturday 10/14. The fair is a great time and since a lot of kids are out for Fall break, you should plan a trip out 🤠

Today we have Vanilla, Chocolate, Cookies and Cream, and our Fair favorite Cake Batter. And we will have Italian Ice for non-dairy fans.

(We will open up 2pm to 11pm daily, when our flag is out we are open 😍)
