We have some huge and exciting news to share — our second Stella’s location in Dickinson is officially open! 🎉

Getting to this moment definitely wasn’t easy, but every challenge along the way has made it worth it. We truly could not have reached this milestone without the incredible support we’ve received since opening our first Stella’s location in Pearland in April 2023 and our other 2 concepts, Taglia Fresh Italian & Portara. We’re beyond grateful for every guest who has walked through our doors, shared a meal with us, and supported our journey.

Many of you know that Stella’s was inspired by our rescue Chihuahua mix who shares the same name. Just like Stella herself, her restaurant is bright, lively, full of personality, and created with the hope of bringing a smile to your face every time you visit.

With our Dickinson location, we’re excited to continue building on what we started in Pearland — serving delicious brunch, coffee, breakfast cocktails, and more, all with the hospitality we strive to deliver every single day.

March just got a whole lot sweeter (and savorier) at Stella's! ☀️ From our Blueberry Pineapple French Toast and Italian Cream Cake Croffle to Salmon Tacos, Corned Beef Hash, and a Basil Berry French 75 that tastes like spring in a glass… this lineup is doing the most. Oh — and don’t sleep on the Cinnamon Swirl Cold Brew or Honey Nut Latte.
