Dry Ingredients

* 1½ teaspoons baking powder
* ½ teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon Cornaby’s E-Z Gel
Wet Ingredients
* 1 cup granulated sugar
* 2 tablespoons lemon zest (about 2 medium lemons)
* ½ cup salted butter, at room temperature
* ¼ cup vegetable oil
* 2 large eggs, at room temperature
* 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
* ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
* ½ cup Cornaby’s Lemon Creme syrup
