Just Hamburgers

Thank you to the Monticello Chamber of Commerce and all the wonderful customers who joined us for our Grand Opening ribbon-cutting and helped make Just of Monticello’s first official day so special. Our first customer was in line at 9 a.m., and we couldn’t wait to serve him a double cheeseburger and fries.

We look forward to continuing to serve Paxton, Monticello, and surrounding Central Illinois communities with our made-to-order burgers, fries, shakes, sandwiches, and daily specials.

We're looking forward to our Grand Opening tomorrow at 11 a.m. at our new Monticello location. We're located at 1054 S. Market Street, across from the Monticello High School and next to RP Lumber. Our hours will be Monday through Friday, 11 a.m.- 7 pm., and Saturday, 11 am. - 6:30 pm.

It took a little longer than we expected, but we're extremely happy to now be able to be part of the Monticello and Paxton communities.

We will remain closed for dinner tonight. We will reopen normal hours on Tuesday 9/8 after Labor Day. We wish everyone a fun and safe holiday.
