If your are looking for a sweet summer treat. This little gem brings Strawberry Puree, Espresso, Strawberry and shortbread flavors together. Served over ice and topped with vanilla cold foam and crushed graham.

Hey friends!

We’re almost ready to swing open our doors again—and we can’t wait to welcome you back! While a few things will look a little different as we ease into our summer groove, the heart and soul of the café remain the same.

Our amazing new team has been training hard to bring you the warm, welcoming vibes you know and love. Starting off, our summer hours will be Thursday through Sunday, 8 AM to 2 PM.

Hot food (like eggs and proteins) will be available weekends only—Saturdays and Sundays—but don’t worry, we’ll still have plenty of delicious toasted bagels, fresh breads, and pastries available every day we’re open.

Thanks for sticking with us—we’re so excited to get this train rolling again. See you soon!

Dear Seed friends, family, and community,

We’ll be taking a short break as Seed temporarily closes for a few weeks to complete some much-needed updates. During this time, we’ll be making small kitchen renovations, electrical upgrades, and plumbing improvements to enhance our space.

We’re also looking to hire and train new team members in preparation for the busy summer season and beyond.

While we’ll miss serving you, we’re excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to welcome you back better than ever—with great coffee, delicious eats, and plenty of greenery.

As Kitt wraps up her final week with us at the café, we want to take a moment to thank her for being such an essential part of the Seed Crew. Her warm chats with customers, infectious laugh, and positive energy have brought so much light to our space, and it won’t be the same without her.

Kitt, I’ll personally miss jamming out to dad rock with you—it’s been a highlight of so many days. We’re so proud of her for chasing her career goals and know she’ll do incredible things in this next chapter. While it’s bittersweet to say goodbye, Kitt will always have a place in our Seed family—and who knows, you might even see her as a guest barista in the future!

Join us this week in wishing Kitt all the success and happiness she deserves.
