The Pawleys Island Tavern is feeling inspired and wants to share.
You may have seen the post earlier this week asking that someone come in to “even up” after passing a phoney $100 bill. It was, as thought, a simple error. The customer had been to a Kentucky Derby party where the funny money was used a prop money to bet(keeping it legal). Sure enough that got spent at the PIT. The customer showed up within 20 minutes of the post asking, very nicely, that their image and the post be taken down-it did. They bought back their funny money for real and the world kept turning.
Wanted to share that there are good people and we appreciate them coming to the PIT!
