Six months ago, our world was turned upside down by the passing of my brother, Jimmy Pronesti. Stepping in to lead Caffe Piccolo in Pawleys Island and Costa Coastal Kitchen & Bar in Murrells Inlet after a 37-year military career has been a challenging experienceโ€”but it was the only way to honor my brother's legacy.
Today, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible community that has helped me with the transition.

๐“๐จ ๐Ž๐ฎ๐ซ ๐’๐ญ๐š๐Ÿ๐Ÿ: You are the heartbeat of our kitchens and dining rooms. When grief made it difficult to move forward, you carried the weight on your shoulders. Thank you for showing up with the passion, dedication, and high standards that Jimmy loved you for. A very special thank you goes to Hellen, Chris, Maria, and Anthonyโ€”your exceptional leadership, guidance, and unwavering support during this transition have meant more to me than words can say.

Your overwhelming kindness, shared memories, and continued patronage continue to give all of us the strength to keep going. Every time you sit by the fireplace at Caffe Piccolo or share a meal at Costa, you help us honor my brotherโ€™s legacy.

Moving forward, we commit to serving the Grand Strand with the same love, authentic recipes, and exquisite dining experience that Jimmy championed and all of you have come to expect.
