We wouldn’t be anything without a core team of great people. It’s well known that hospitality’s biggest struggle is finding the right people. Whilst you can pour everything you’ve got into the menu, the decor, the atmosphere, drinks etc it’s the person that greets you and takes care of you that is really going to make or break your experience and as a restaurant owner it’s one of the hardest parts. Knowing that you can’t be everywhere and everything to everyone you must trust in the people you hire. So we’d like to introduce you to the people who make our world turn on a daily basis.

Starting this week with ABBIE. We chose to start with Abbie because actually she is leaving us :( so we had to shout her out whilst we still had a chance. Abbie is off to OU to start her big, brilliant college life and we will miss her dearly. She was a loved and valued member of our small team, always reliable, full of integrity and an all round wonderful human. Join us in wishing her the best of luck in her new adventures!!! She’s leaving a big hole at The Dirty Laundry but we know it’s her time to fly.
