My Dad always reminded me, “A quitter will never win.” Those words have stayed with me every single day.

I don’t compete with anyone but myself. Every morning, I challenge myself to become a better version than I was yesterday because I know it’s my responsibility to lead by example and teach the next generation to always strive for more.

At Jay’s, we’ve always stood on being not only one of the best food vendors around, but one of the cleanest. We’re never afraid to show you the inside or the outside of our food truck because we take pride in everything we do. We stand on it.

This is bigger than food—it’s the legacy Mom and Dad built, and one I’ll continue to honor every single day.
