✨Two years of Sabor & Sazón! ✨

We’re incredibly excited to celebrate our 2nd Anniversary and, above all, grateful to every guest who has joined us at the table over these past two years. Your support, kind words, and continued enthusiasm have meant so much to our family and our team.

We’re also deeply honored by the awards and accolades we’ve received along the way. They are a reflection of the passion and dedication Chef Jorge and our entire team bring to Sabor & Sazón every day—and we couldn’t have done it without you. ❤️

To celebrate, Chef Jorge has created a special 3-Course Anniversary Dinner Menu, available Thursday–Sunday for $100 per person:

1st Course | Citrus Salad
Romaine lettuce, potatoes, cucumber, red onion & avocado with white vinaigrette and shaved Parmesan

2nd Course | Whole Grilled Lobster Spaghetti
Butterfly-cut whole lobster paired with spaghetti and a fresh heirloom tomato sauce

3rd Course | Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse
Finished with crushed pistachios

Don’t miss out on Chef Jorge’s Wagyu Picanha Special this weekend!

A 12oz beautifully marbled wagyu steak is grilled to perfection and finished with garlic-herb butter and chimichurri sauce — served with roasted potatoes, Brussel sprouts and grilled asparagus. This is an entree that can be served for two and cooked to your desired temperature.

This week's staff pick is by Janeth. She didn't hesitate to recommend the 2022 Sol de Paso Cabernet Sauvignon.

Her favorite dish to pair with the wine is Chef Jorge's Bandeja Paisa (Arranchera, white rice, red beans, over-medium egg, in-house chorizo, chicharron, plantain, avocado, & arepa).
