June 15th, 2015 - The Hatch Rotisserie & Bar opened its doors for the very first time!

Today we’re celebrating 11 years of hot chicken, flowing whiskey, full tables, and the people who have made this place what it is.

Come raise a glass with us today. The chicken is hot and juicy, the whiskey is flowing and the birthday candle is lit.
