Happy Tuesday! ☀️

Nothing beats a classic, especially when it’s done THIS well. Our French Dip is one of those sandwiches that doesn’t need to show off… it just quietly steals the spotlight. 😏

We start with a freshly baked French roll, toasted until perfectly crisp on the outside and warm and soft inside. Then we pile on tender, thinly sliced roast beef and melted provolone cheese before serving it alongside our rich, house-made au jus, because a French Dip without something delicious to dunk it in is basically just a roast beef sandwich pretending to have a personality.

A year ago we lost our son, my children their brother, his longtime love…her partner, his friends and coworkers…his enduring humor, the rest his endless kindness to so many…and a part of my heart went with him.

I miss you every single day. I miss your voice, your smile, your laugh, and simply knowing you were here in this world. You are forever my son, forever in my heart, and forever a part of who I am.
