We are so honored to be featured in the Fall issue of Edible San Luis Obispo! 🍂✨

When we started Etto, we simply wanted to make good pasta and share how it’s done. Being able to open our factory doors to our community, and connect with so many of you here on the Central Coast, has been one of the most special parts of this journey.

Thank you to Edible San Luis Obispo Magazine for highlighting our story and for constantly lifting up the people who grow, make, and serve local food in our area.
