Wednesday is always one of our busiest days behind the scenes! We were closed yesterday, and today we’re back at it. ❤️

Being closed for one day means Wednesday starts extra early. We’re checking inventory, planning production, preparing the kitchen, and making sure we’re fully staffed and ready to serve you.

It’s crazy how much we can prep and still wonder, “Will it be enough?” 😂 That’s the restaurant business—always preparing, adjusting, and doing our best to stay one step ahead.
