Father’s Day Weekend Update with Primo!

Appetizer: Crabby Tots
Barrel shaped tater tots fried to a golden brown then topped off with our signature recipe crab dip, cheddar cheese, bacon and jumbo lump crabmeat. Baked and then finished with a sprinkle of Old Bay.

Entrées
New York Strip al Pepe
Hand-cut CAB New York strip, perfectly grilled to your desired temperature and finished with a rich, velvety brandy peppercorn sauce. Severed alongside garlic grilled asparagus and a twice-baked, bacon-cheddar loaded potato.

Grouper alla Romana
Fresh grouper filet, lightly encrusted with panko breadcrumbs and broiled until golden brown, then topped with a lemon-caper beurre blanc. Served over orzo tossed with spinach, blistered cherry tomatoes, roasted garlic, and fresh herbs.

Cocktails:
Watermelon Crush
Ciroc watermelon vodka, fresh watermelon puree, and sprite. Served with a salted rim and garnished with watermelon sour patch kids.

Bugsy Siegel
Bold, enigmatic, and unapologetically smooth, The Bugsy Siegel pays homage to the legendary mobster with a cocktail as complex as the man himself. Traveller Whiskey and Averna Amaro Siciliano are balanced with a touch of simple syrup and Angostura bitters, then finished with a flamed orange peel and a Bada Bing cherry.

NEW Mocktail! Blueberry Coconut Spritz
A refined, indulgence blending muddled blueberries with delicate coconut and a whisper of pineapple, finished with a light effervescence. Smooth, subtly tropical, and elegantly balanced, this spritz offers a refreshing escape with a distinctly modern Italian flair.

Our hand-breaded fried green tomatoes layered with fresh buffalo mozzarella, baby arugula, and Italian microgreens. Finished with a roasted corn, cucumber, and avocado relish, crispy Prosciutto di Parma, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Surf & Turf Skewers
Tender filet mignon medallions skewered with jumbo Gulf shrimp, diver scallops, mixed bell peppers, and onions. Marinated and grilled, then served over slow-cooked wild mushroom couscous and finished with a port wine demi-glace.

Halibut Costiera
Hand-cut, wild-caught Alaskan halibut dusted with fresh herbs and panko breadcrumbs, then baked to a golden brown and finished with a light lemon-caper beurre blanc. Served over pearl couscous tossed with roasted zucchini and blistered cherry tomatoes, and garnished with micro basil and fresh citrus zest.

Primo fam, this never gets easier.

Today we celebrate the life of one of our absolute favorite Primo regulars, Ms. Cass. ❤️

Since the day we opened, she joined us every Friday. The only thing that could keep her away was spending time with her family, who she loved so dearly and never stopped talking about.

Ms. Cass had a gift for making people feel comfortable. You could tell her anything and she'd listen, laugh, relate, and somehow make you feel a little lighter. If someone new sat next to her, they usually left as a friend.

In fact, if Ms. Cass knew it was your birthday, she’d show up with a homemade cake—enough to feed the entire lounge. She loved celebrating others and making them feel special. Especially her regular crew.

She was a wonderful listener, a great storyteller, and an even better friend. Her kindness and sense of humor made Primo feel like home for so many of us.

The truth is, she loved this place as much as we loved having her here. We’ll miss her dearly, and Primo will never feel quite the same without her welcoming smile, her stories, her laughter, and the way she made everyone around her feel like family.

Rest easy, Ms. Cass. Thank you for being such a special part of ours. ❤️
