Watermelon Caprese
Fresh local watermelon sliced and topped with chopped mint and feta cheese then finished with a drizzle of honey and balsamic glaze.

ENTRÉES
New York Strip al Pepe
Hand-cut CAB New York strip, perfectly grilled to your desired temperature and finished with a rich, velvety brandy peppercorn sauce. Served alongside garlic sautéed broccoli and a twice-baked, bacon-cheddar-loaded potato.

Grouper alla Romana
Fresh grouper filet, lightly encrusted with panko breadcrumbs and broiled until golden brown, then topped with a lemon-caper beurre blanc. Served over orzo tossed with spinach, blistered cherry tomatoes, roasted garlic, and fresh herbs.
