Sorry for the delay in getting back to everyone! We took yesterday afternoon/evening off and headed to Orlando for Halloween Horror Nights, part fun, part research for ScreamWorks Florida Site 13, and all the spooky things we have coming up this season.

And of course, we had to represent Babycakes while we were there! 🧁👻

Are you Team Spider-Man or Team Venom?!

This 6th birthday cake brought both sides together with a full Spider-Man and Venom split design! Chocolate cake layered with vanilla cheesecake filling, with Spider-Man covered in our Vanilla Cloud Frosting and Venom taking over the dark side with our Black Cocoa Cloud Frosting.

From the hand-piped webs and edible character details to Venom’s teeth and that handmade tongue, this cake was SO much fun to bring to life!

When a mom tells you her daughter’s birthday request was a “big beautiful cake”… you make her a big beautiful cake. 🌺🌊✨

This two-tier Moana Glam cake was completely gluten-free, with vanilla cake, strawberry cheesecake filling, and our light, airy Cloud Frosting. We brought her vision to life with shades of pink and blue, hibiscus flowers, ocean-inspired details, shimmering seashells, pearls, and the perfect Moana necklace to finish it off.

But the message after the party absolutely made our day. Mom shared that the entire process, from creating the vision to delivery, was seamless, and her daughter said it was “the best cake she’s ever seen and tasted!”

She also specifically mentioned that even though the cake was gluten-free, it wasn’t overly sweet like other cakes. THAT is exactly why I created our Cloud Frosting.

Beautiful custom cakes shouldn’t mean sacrificing flavor because you need gluten-free, and frosting doesn’t have to be overwhelmingly sweet to be delicious.

One year ago today, we went LIVE on FOX 13 News Tampa Bay News, and it’s been history ever since! 🎥✨

What started as an incredible moment in the spotlight became a milestone we’ll never forget. Since that day, the journey has continued to grow, bringing new opportunities, unforgettable experiences, and so much to be grateful for.

It’s amazing to look back and see how far we’ve come in just one year. Here’s to celebrating the moments that helped shape our story, and to everything still ahead! 🙌

Bold, romantic, and just a little dramatic ❤️✨

This heart-shaped beauty was created for a 28th birthday with chocolate espresso cake, a rich chocolate mousse filling, and our signature vanilla Cloud Frosting. The deep-red vintage piping and edible glitter gave it the perfect finishing touch, along with “Twenty Ate” written on top!

Wedding Cake Tasting Day 🤍🍰💍

There’s something so special about sitting down with a couple in person and talking through all the details of their wedding cake!

Today’s tasting included a selection of cake flavors, fillings, and of course, our signature Cloud Frosting. During our in-person tastings, couples get the opportunity to mix and match flavors while we chat about their wedding vision, cake design, serving needs, and all of those little details that will bring their dream cake together.

I absolutely love getting to know my couples and being able to be a small part of such a special day. 🤍
