Although the event is free to attend, there is a registration fee for participants wishing to enter the competition for prizes.

Please refer to Building Stronger Veterans for further details, as the event will take place at the Parma Rod and Gun Club.

🔧 Positions Available:
• Window & Door Installers
• Skilled Construction Labor
• Lead Carpenter (barndo build in Fairfield)

💰 Pay (Based on Experience & Performance):
• Entry-Level: $20–$25/hr
• Skilled / Installer: $25–$30/hr
• Lead / High Performer: $30–$35+ /hr
• Access to supplemental insurance options available (Aflac)
