This is not just a goodbye to Cuisine of India, my darling, this is a Big thank you.

This is not easy, and it is certainly not what we want, but it is sadly what is our reality.

After 15 wonderful years of serving this community, the time has come for us to close the door. Cuisine of India been more than just a place to dine — it has been a home filled with laughter, celebrations, and countless memories shared with all of you.

We are deeply grateful to our esteemed guests for their support, loyalty, and love over the years. Thank you for letting us watch your children grow up. Thank you for spending your special days here.

Every meal we prepared and every smile we shared was possible because of you. While this chapter is ending, the friendships, stories, and experiences will remain with us forever.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of your lives. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve you.

We are here in Clevend until August 24th. Come to say your goodbyes and share your favorite COI moment.

Special thanks to Chef Lok Ghising, Chef Pritesh, General Manager Amit Kuwar, Chef Peter, Mayur, for your hardworking through long nights, busy weekends, and countless challenges, you stood strong together and made our guests feel welcome and cared for. For that, I am forever grateful., and dedication, it was all made possible because of you. Each of you brought more than just skill to this restaurant — you brought heart, teamwork, and commitment that turned it into a family.

To My Wife, my backbone Jagruti and my Son Mahek,

Behind every late night, every challenge, and every success in this journey, you have been my strongest support. Your love, patience, and encouragement carried me through the hardest days and made the best days even brighter.

This restaurant may have been my dream, but it was our journey. Without your strength and sacrifices, none of this would have been possible.
