This pains us to share, but due to unforeseen complications, we made the decision to no longer move forward with the Mikerphone Kitchen and Brew project in Park Ridge.

I want to sincerely thank the City of Park Ridge for their incredible support and for helping make this opportunity possible. Thank you as well to the residents who showed excitement and encouragement. We were truly looking forward to becoming part of the Park Ridge community.

I also want to thank our kitchen partner, Brennan’s Gourmet Burger Shack. We had a great time building this plan together and forming a strong relationship. Your passion, energy, and dedication to your craft are inspiring, and we’re excited to see what’s ahead for you.

This has been heartbreaking for our team, but we remain hopeful that we can find the right space in Park Ridge in the future to bring this concept to life.

Until then, we’ll continue brewing and serving at our Elk Grove Village location, and we look forward to pouring beers at the Park Ridge Market After Dark events this Summer.

🚨 UPDATE 🚨

Sign, sign, we have a sign! 🪧

Things are progressing along at the space here in Park Ridge! After demolition though, we did uncover some issues that we were not aware of. We need to address those first before we can get our kitchen, bar, and dining area built out. 🚧

So with that news, we will be pushing our proposed opening timeframe from Spring to Summer. They say good things come to those who wait. Thanks for your patience. In the meantime, come visit us at our Elk Grove Village space.

Who’s excited to enjoy one of these amazing smash burger creations from Brennan’s Gourmet Burger Shack when we open up?

That’s right…Alyssa and Conor Brennan will be running the kitchen at Mikerphone Kitchen and Brew, and rocking these out!

Alyssa and Conor, who also reside in Park Ridge, have years of restaurant experience. From working at the highly-rate Bavette’s Steakhouse to running their own food pop-up, they are ready to cook!

We were fortunate enough to have had them out to Mikerphone Brewing in Elk Grove Village a few times. It was after one of their pop-ups by us that the lightbulb turned on and the idea of partnering started.

We are so excited to share this experience with Brennan’s and cannot wait for you to enjoy their top notch burgers and curds! .gbs

Out with the old, and in the with the new!

Did you know this space was once a Boston Market restaurant? As one can imagine after being used as a restaurant for several years, the floors, ceiling, walls, and existing infrastructure had to go. We have plans to completely update this space to include a gorgeous bar, dining area, lounge, and kitchen!
