Steak Frites au Poivre. Australian Black Opal Wagyu, 8oz Denver cut, marble score 6–7, au poivre sauce, Kennebec fries.

You won’t find it on the menu, but ask nicely and we’ll hook you up. Get it while it lasts!

Introducing The Darlene Spritz 🍷

Our resident mixologist and Matilda legend, Indy Lance, is representing Matilda in this year’s Mountain Mixer Park City cocktail competition.

The Darlene Spritz is a mash-up of sangria and a spritz, built with Four Pillars Gin Bloody Shiraz Gin, Campari, huckleberry, thyme, and sparkling w**e. Bright, refreshing, and made for long summer evenings.

Named after Indy’s mom, Darlene, the cocktail is inspired by summers spent on her back porch in Idaho, where huckleberries grow in the backyard and sangria is always on the table.

Stop by, give it a try, and help us cheer Indy on in the competition hosted by Park City Area Restaurants.
