Hi friends! My name is Kelli, and I’ve been baking my entire life. Some of my earliest memories are of my sisters and me huddled around the kitchen table, watching our mom bake. I fell in love with it early—I started baking on my own at an early age and was making cinnamon rolls completely on my own by the time I was twelve.
The recipe I’ve always used started as my mom’s, and over the years I’ve made small tweaks to make it even better. After making cinnamon rolls more times than I can count (and making every mistake along the way), I can now turn them out consistently—though like any baker, I still have the occasional off day. More than ten years of running a bakery taught me how to roll with the punches and still deliver something I’m proud of.
My goal is simple: to give you an honest, fresh treat that I put real time and care into. I love feeding people, and I always try to use the best ingredients I can so the final product is as good as it can be. When you place an order with me, you’re getting rolls made by someone who has spent decades perfecting them—and who still cares just as much about making them as I did when I was a kid standing at that kitchen table.

Friends, we have some news!
We were offered some information about renting a kitchen and getting licensed and if we do that who would be excited to buy some bierocks this holiday season?
We make the dough from scratch it’s buttery and sweet and filled with local ground beef from one of the vendors at Kansas Grown farmers market, we shred our own cheese, fry local onions, and offer them with and without cabbage!!
Over the last few months we have had so many people reach out and ask about them so we will let you all know when we have that available later this fall!!!

Please support our friends at FioRito! They feed their staff and donate to the ICT food rescue… and they made the best Italian food in Wichita!!! 

This week we want to raise awareness for ICT Food Rescue and their mission to distribute unavoidable food surpluses, sharing them with the food insecure of Wichita.

Because we make family meal for our staff twice a day, every day, we don't always have much of a surplus to donate.

So this weekend we are going to donate 25% of the proceeds from our weekend special directly to ICT Food Rescue.

Chef Austin Henschel is hard at work on a pork chop feature, and if it goes well we will be adding it to our new menu at the end of the month. So come try something new from us this weekend while supporting a great cause.

Our weekend special will be available tonight and tomorrow night, or while supplies last. Have a great weekend!

I have a very long list of people‘s names. Some people have picked them up, some people haven’t & summer for Friday and Saturday so I need to figure out who is still wanting them and who doesn’t so PM me if we talked about them over the last few days but we don’t have a plan set up for pickup because I’m full for this weekend and trying to figure everything out

This may be an odd post but please bear with me. I have several extra jumbo cinnamon rolls in both pumpkin and OG flavor.
I want to help out people that may normally not be able to afford them or someone that may be on a really tight budget, but have been eyeing my cinnamon rolls. Or maybe you know of someone special that you want to do something nice for ..maybe someone’s birthday or a neighbor that’s helped you out and you want to give them something but you just can’t afford much. Please message me! I would be glad to donate some of these extra jumbo cinnamon rolls.
I’ve got many frosting choices. Please message us and let us know how we can help! Especially if it’s a child’s birthday or something like that we would love to do something special with some of these extra extras that we have versus selling them.
