❄️ While we continue our daily snow dance, work is well underway on exciting upgrades to the restaurant—along with plans and preparations for new, delicious menu items and elevated experiences that the Alpinist team is crafting for your adventures this season.

With new offerings like daily lunch with a rotating menu, Après every day, and our exclusive Chef’s Table, you’re sure to find the taste experience you’ve been looking for. In addition to serving dinner 5 nights a week, we’ll also be hosting tastings and wine-pairing dinners, welcoming guest chefs, and offering in-home gourmet holiday feasts. 🎉

Even though Old Man Winter has decided to delay the start of the Utah ski season, we’re excited to open our doors for the ’25/’26 season on December 6th at 11:45 a.m. ❄️

Lunch will be served daily by reservation only. With just one lunch seating each day, we recommend booking early—your table will be waiting whenever you’re ready to give those legs a break and refuel between 11:45 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Join us for après every afternoon from 2:30 – 4:30, featuring delicious bites, meticulously crafted cocktails, and a fun atmosphere. 🥂

We’ll be serving dinner Wednesday through Sunday, 5:30 p.m. to close. Reservations are highly recommended.
