Today’s progress at The Paragon included fresh concrete, and one very important little footprint. 👣

🚨 We’re Hiring! 🚨

As we put the finishing touches on construction, we’re officially starting to build our team! While Paragon is not open just yet, we’re getting closer every day, and we’re excited to begin the hiring process.

We’re hiring for all positions, including servers, cooks, hosts, dishwashers and support staff.

We will start accepting applications tomorrow, July 13th.

If you’re interested in joining our team, applications can be:

These may look like just boxes, but inside them are our booths, chairs, and tables. Before long, they’ll be filled with the people we’ve been looking forward to serving most - you and this incredible community.

No, we haven’t opened yet. We know it’s been a long road, and we wish it had happened sooner. But thanks to the hard work of so many local contractors and businesses (an appreciation post is coming soon), we’re closer than we’ve ever been.

There’s a lot of exciting movement happening on the south side, including a new construction project you’ll be hearing more about soon. It’s an exciting time, and we’re ready to be a part of it.

To everyone who has patiently waited, thank you. And to those who may have wondered if we’d ever open, we understand. We just hope you’ll give us the chance to earn your business when the doors finally open.
