At Gr**go’s BBQ, we love traditional but we also like to switch it up from time to time we have our Smashed Patty Melt, the Gr***de Warzone Quesadilla, loaded Nacho Gr**go, and the tacos that people still talk about.

And let’s not forget the brisket and pulled pork Tacos with our Signature Cilantro lime sauce. Those who know… know.

And if you didn’t know, everything is made in house from our meat seasoning all of our sides, even our sauces

Gr**go’s BBQ will be closed Thursday to accommodate a catering event, special orders, and preparation for 903 Sunsets.

Don’t worry—we’ll be open Wednesday and Friday and serving up all your BBQ favorites.

Gr**go’s BBQ is SOLD OUT!

I was going to make a funny post about it, but after the week we’ve had serving some of the greatest customers around, I’m going to leave the comedy to the professionals.

Instead, we’ll just say thank you.

Thank you to everyone who supported us this week at the restaurant, booked us for catering, and stopped by the food truck. Whether you grabbed lunch, fed your crew, or tracked us down at an 903 Sunsets, we appreciate every single one of you.

The restaurant sold out, the food truck stayed busy, and we were blessed to spend another week serving the best customers around.

Your support, your shares, your recommendations, and your loyalty mean more than you’ll ever know. Small businesses don’t make it without great communities, and Paris has been good to us.

We’ll get the smokers loaded back up, the trailer ready to roll, and we’ll do it all again next week.

Enjoy an evening of live music, great food, and a family-friendly atmosphere while taking in one of the biggest events of the summer. The concert series is free to attend and features live entertainment, vendors, food trucks, and more.

Important Update from Gr**go’s BBQ

Due to our busy catering and event schedule, Gr**go’s BBQ will be temporarily closed on Saturdays for the time being.

While we won’t be at the restaurant on Saturdays, you can still catch us at 903 Sunsets every Thursday in June serving up your Gr**go’s favorites.

Our regular restaurant hours during the week will remain unchanged, and we’ll continue bringing the same BBQ you’ve come to expect.

We appreciate your support and understanding as we continue to grow and serve our community both at the restaurant and at special events.
