Important Update from Gr**go’s BBQ

Due to our busy catering and event schedule, Gr**go’s BBQ will be temporarily closed on Saturdays for the time being.

While we won’t be at the restaurant on Saturdays, you can still catch us at 903 Sunsets every Thursday in June serving up your Gr**go’s favorites.

Our regular restaurant hours during the week will remain unchanged, and we’ll continue bringing the same BBQ you’ve come to expect.

We appreciate your support and understanding as we continue to grow and serve our community both at the restaurant and at special events.

Don’t miss us at 903 Sunsets every Thursday in June—we’ll see you there!

Well… that didn’t take long.

SOLD OUT.

Thank you, Paris, Texas, for showing up and showing out once again. Y’all cleared us out early today.

Just a reminder — Gr**gos BBQ will be closed tonight so our crew can attend local graduations, and we’ll also be closed for Memorial Day weekend.

We’ll see y’all back Wednesday at 11:00 AM ready to get the smokers rolling again. We appreciate every single one of y’all.

ATTENTION GRINGOS FAMILY:

Gr**gos BBQ will be closing early Friday at 4:00 PM so our crew can attend local graduation ceremonies and celebrate with their families.

We will also be closed Saturday for Memorial Day weekend.

We’ll reopen Wednesday at 11:00 AM ready to fire the pits back up.

We appreciate your support, and we hope everyone has a safe Memorial Day weekend while celebrating all of this year’s graduates.

Huge THANK YOU to all the racers, pit crews, teams, and staff with the International Hot Rod Association Outlaw Drag Boat Series and Tony Scarlata for letting Gr**go’s BBQ cater Friday night’s event in Paris!

We had the honor of serving over 440 hungry racers and crew members that have been running wide open all weekend long. From tuning engines and thrashing in the pits to chasing wins on the water — y’all brought the energy all night.

There’s just something different about feeding a group that lives on adrenaline, horsepower, and hard work. 🔥

We appreciate every single team, racer, crew member, and organizer that came through the line Friday night and showed us love.

To the ones still turning wrenches at midnight… we hope the BBQ helped keep the wheels turning. 🤠🔥

FAST BOATS. LOUD ENGINES. BBQ DONE RIGHT.

And if you haven’t made it out yet — COME SEE THE ACTION this Saturday and Sunday at Lake Crook in Paris!
