Bigfoot Bob's Monster BBQ Permanently closed. Not enough demand to justify staying in business. Was good while it lasted. Est. 2021
Our mission is to serve the best BBQ in Paris, Tx.

And our food trailer "ground zero" in this endeavor. We are focusing on our St. Louis pork ribs. With our dry rub, they are, hands down, the best. Next, our best seller is the brisket sandwich. with our house sauce and chopped or sliced beef. And dont forget our Pulled Pork; very good. We are always improving our cooking methods to deliver a better product. So, please, come on out and enjoy some great BBQ. https://www.gofundme.com/f/bigfoot-bobs-monster-bbq
