What a successful night at PLATES on Pruett! ✨

With a record number of attendees, an incredible crowd, and so much energy throughout the evening, it was truly a night to remember.

We were honored to provide the food for this special event and loved seeing everyone enjoying great food, good company, and an unforgettable evening.

🏀 Game Day Starts at the Table! 🏀

Chow @ 118 was honored to welcome the Arkansas State University Men’s Basketball Team for dinner as they prepare for the 2026–2027 season! 🔴⚫️

It was a pleasure to cook for these talented athletes and share a little taste of what we love to do here at Chow. From our kitchen to the court, we’re wishing the Red Wolves an incredible season ahead!

This Friday marks 25 years since the attacks of September 11, 2001.

For an upcoming episode, we sat down with Michael Tolson, owner and chef of Chow at 118. Today, many people know Michael through his food, but 25 years ago, he was living and working in New York City.

Had he not been running late for work that morning, Michael could have been getting off the subway at the World Trade Center as the attacks began. Instead, from less than a mile away, he watched the second plane strike the South Tower.

Michael shares what he witnessed that day, the atmosphere across New York in the days that followed, and the lasting impact of experiencing such a defining moment in American history firsthand.
