Trying these out for the first time. Who has made okra chips and loved them?

Got a bunch of fresh okra and no idea what to do with it? How about transforming those green pods into some super crispy, mouthwatering okra chips?

I was in a baking mood this evening. Our daughter asked for Causbies cookies on Saturday. Since they were closed, I had to improvise and borrow a recipe from my friend Ashley Winn Burk. 🥜 🧈

Creamy and cheesy rigatoni and chicken meatballs! Delicious. Thanks Sam's Club!
*note: I added fresh sautéed spinach and sweet peppers instead of the veggies recommended.

Sweet potato country dumplings! 10/10 would recommend. 🍠 🥟
I’ve been wanting to make these since Thanksgiving. They turned out great! Eat as a side dish or dessert. Best thing I can compare them to is peach cobbler but with sweet potatoes. The creamy sauce and the crescent rolls give it a cobbler feel.
*note: I added the cinnamon and sugar to the top of the dumplins instead of mixing it into the sauce. The recipe shown looks as if the cinnamon was mixed in with the luquid as the “brown” is more incorporated imo.
