Sweet potato country dumplings! 10/10 would recommend. 🍠 🥟
I’ve been wanting to make these since Thanksgiving. They turned out great! Eat as a side dish or dessert. Best thing I can compare them to is peach cobbler but with sweet potatoes. The creamy sauce and the crescent rolls give it a cobbler feel.
*note: I added the cinnamon and sugar to the top of the dumplins instead of mixing it into the sauce. The recipe shown looks as if the cinnamon was mixed in with the luquid as the “brown” is more incorporated imo.
