🎉 BIG UPDATE FOR SONYA’S! 🎉

WE GOT THE OKAY!! 🙌❤️

Things are officially moving forward on our new kitchen space! The sinks needed to meet Health Department requirements should begin being installed as early as Monday, and if everything continues moving the way we hope, Sonya’s will be in our new kitchen no later than October 1st! 🥹🙌

After having to hit pause, I cannot tell you how exciting it is to finally be able to say that.

And trust me… I have SO MANY ideas, plans, new things I want to offer, and things I cannot wait to share with y’all once we are up and running again. This little setback definitely didn’t stop the dreaming. ❤️

But now I need YOUR help!

As I start getting the kitchen ready, I’m looking for a few things I’ll need right from the get-go:

• 2 commercial/prep tables
• Commercial cooler or refrigerator
• Freezer
• OR a refrigerator/freezer combo

Used is absolutely fine as long as it’s clean, in good working condition, and reasonably priced!

If you have something, know someone who does, or know of a restaurant/business that may be selling equipment, please tag them, send me a message, or share this post!

I was looking back at this tonight, now that the first full week of school is officially in the books, and I think it means even more to me now than it did the day I delivered it. ❤️

What started as a simple Teacher Appreciation Giveaway turned into something pretty special.

A daughter winning our big grazing box… her mama right there near the top of the nominations too… a mother-daughter team who have obviously both made an impact on a whole lot of students over the years. How stinking sweet is that?! 🥹❤️

But I think my favorite part of all of it was watching our community show up for these teachers. Reading the names, the stories, the comments and all the reasons you love them reminded me just how many GOOD teachers we have pouring into our kids every single day.

And after their first full week back in the classroom, I'm even happier that Sonya's got to play one tiny little part in making a couple of them feel loved and appreciated. 🥰

✨ A LITTLE SONYA’S UPDATE! ✨

Well… we might not be down for very long after all! 🙌❤️

I’ve been working behind the scenes trying to figure out my next move, and it is VERY possible that I may have already found a permanent commercial kitchen for Sonya’s! 🥹
It’s not in Paragould — it’s about 20 minutes away in Rector — but if everything works out the way I’m hoping after the first of the week, we could be back up and running by this time NEXT WEEK! 🎉

Nothing is official just yet, so I don’t want to get too far ahead of myself… but things are looking promising, and I’m feeling pretty darn hopeful!
Yesterday felt like somebody hit the brakes on me HARD. Today, it’s starting to feel a whole lot more like a detour. ❤️

So hang tight with me just a little longer. Hopefully I’ll be back making your grazing boxes, boards and catering orders before you even have time to miss me too much. 😂

Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who has shared my posts, reached out, offered suggestions, made phone calls, sent me leads and just encouraged me through all of this. Y’all have no idea how much that has meant to me.

🚨 SONYA’S NEEDS YOUR HELP! 🚨

Well, y’all… I’ve hit a little bit of a roadblock.
For the moment, Sonya’s is temporarily shut down while I find a permanent, approved commercial kitchen/base of operation that will allow me to continue doing what I love — charcuterie, grazing tables, catering, snack boxes and all the good stuff we’ve been building together.

So I’m throwing this out into the universe — and into this amazing community — because somebody may know somebody who knows somebody. ❤️

I am looking for a commercial kitchen space in or around the Paragould area that I could operate from. Maybe it’s a restaurant or business with kitchen space that isn’t being fully utilized, a church, community organization, event facility, or another approved commercial kitchen that might be willing to work something out with me.

I’m absolutely willing to discuss rent, a monthly arrangement, shared use, or whatever makes sense for both of us.

This business has grown into something I am incredibly proud of, and I am NOT giving up on it. I just have to make sure I have the right permanent kitchen in place before I can continue preparing or selling food.

So for right now, orders and food preparation are paused. If you currently have something booked with me, I will be in touch as I work through everything.

Just a little peek at what’s going out the door tomorrow! 😍

These are only 5 of the 10+ boxes I’m putting together tonight for teachers, offices, and a few other special deliveries tomorrow.

And a couple of these are extra special to me — my little great-nephews get to take them to their teachers tomorrow and show them what their Naw-Naw does! 🥹❤️ I absolutely love that.
