I don’t know about you but I’m ready for alllll the fall feels 🧡🍂 Definitely ready for the weather reset and more time spent outdoors dilly dallying around with the charcuterie cart bringing tasty treats everywhere I go.

As I enjoy the rain and cooler weather this morning, I’m reminded of this spooky pop up we participated in last year with Sistr Studios. The theme was Twilight Atelier and I loved how the black cups popped with the cute little jack-o-lantern skewers 🎃

Okay, but who is the girl behind all this cheese?

If you’re new here, hi I’m Beth — the face behind Le Petit Brie AZ, professional overthinker, event girl, cheese enthusiast, and firm believer that life is better when the table looks good ✨

A few things about me:

🧀 I’m officially a mom of TWO teenagers - how did that happen?

🧀 I’ve been in the events industry since getting out of the military in 2012. I’ve worked as a marriage proposal planner, wedding planner, events and catering manager and everything in between so I know the ins and outs of a fabulous event!

🧀 I like my ch*****ne cold, my cheese plentiful, and the little details that make an event extra special

🧀 I will always choose the pretty appetizer and if no one is eating, I’ll be the first to break the ice

🧀 I’m happiest somewhere sunny and near the ocean, preferably with good food, good music, and nowhere I need to be in a hurry.

And these days, I’m putting all that event experience into building a charcuterie business that’s every bit as fun, beautiful, and unapologetically me.

So if you’re here for the cheese, the pretty details, the behind-the-scenes, the occasional daily chaos of being an entrepreneur, or just a little taste of my life…

A little tart. A little sweet. Always delicious.

Raspberries are one of the fresh fruits I reach for again and again when I’m creating a charcuterie menu. They’ve been one of my favorite berries since childhood where I would put one on each finger and pretend they were tiny hats (please tell me you did this too 😂)

They bring a pop of color, a burst of freshness, and just enough sweetness to balance all the salty, savory goodness happening on the grazing board or in your cutie cup.
