Growing up, one of the chef’s favorite soups was Namya, a comforting coconut noodle soup served with rice noodles. For her, this dish was never an everyday meal, but something special enjoyed during birthdays, celebrations, and family gatherings.

Now, she wants to bring this meaningful dish to more people and make it easier for everyone to enjoy and appreciate. Our Namya comes topped with egg and fresh bean sprouts for the perfect finishing touch.
