Hello everyone happy Sunday Funday! Just have a few things to say on some subjects. If you have a poor experience with us in anyway, shape, or form. We would appreciate it if you would please contact the restaurant by phone or email (canigliasamano@gmail). We usually have one of the owners or manager on duty for every shift. We have high standards here at Caniglias and we always make things right for issues that may occur. Especially if you are dining in we know you traveled to come see us which we appreciate more than you know since there’s so many restaurants on every corner. If you dine in and feel the food or service is underwhelming or subpar please ask to speak to an owner or manager. As a lot of you know majority of our staff is teenagers and we take pride on allowing them to be apart of the cooking process and help guiding them into amazing cooks. We teach them not to slap stuff together and send it out but to take the time in making it to our high standards that we set the bar at.

Sometimes a pizza may be in the oven 15 seconds longer than it should have which is detrimental for the high temperatures the ovens are set at. Or they might get spatula friendly when cooking on the flat top. We critique and micromanage our staff the entire shift on making them better for the future shifts they work. Again we are very proud with the young staff that choose to work for us but sometimes a sandwich or pizza slips by that we would have remade to uphold our standards.

We understand mistakes happen that’s why they put erasers on pencils. So again if your meal is ever not to your liking please contact us before you give us a 1 star review it effects the business more than you know. We aren’t telling you not to speak your mind but more or less give us a chance to make it right. Whether that’s a gift card, money reimbursement, or a remake and delivery straight to your door. 😃Thanks again for all of you that support and we love cooking for you always.

Lastly if you reserve a table with us (especially larger groups) and decide not to come in. Please contact us through phone or email that you decided not to come. So we don’t take the time on getting tables set up and prepared for your large group. We understand things come up but you don’t have to avoid answering our call to confirm the reservation. We will understand completely and remove you from the reservation book.

Struggle is real people! Nolis Blackstone is suffering, along with others! Not just the street car downtown but we see fast food drive thrus jam packed full and wrapped around the block. When their food isn’t even cheap anymore.

Convenience of a drive thru?! Give us a break! We offer curbside through phone or online with meal deals during lunch! Yet it’s crickets almost all days! Fast food chains will always be around, us mom and pop family owned will see our demise soon enough! Don’t be surprised when we are all gone. 🤷🏻‍♂️
