Toasted brioche bun, jalapeno cream, crisp lettuce, purple onion and two of our signature, hand breaded chicken tenders that are dipped in Chef Alfaro’s Cajun Honey Butter sauce. Topped with kosher dill pickles.

After having brain surgery, I was informed they had to cut through my chewing muscle, which made it difficult to eat a lot of foods. I have a small list of must try, local businesses, that I have been excited to try and I finally got to try one of them.

The Fifth Taste by Chef Gerald is a food truck you don’t want to miss. The food is incredibly flavorful, bold, unique, and delicious. If you don’t follow him, I suggest you do so you can give this a try sometime!

Everything is homemade I believe. The Mongolian beef was a special that day, and being one of my personal favorites I HAD to try it. Incredible!

Chef Gerald and his team are amazing. They clearly LOVE what the are doing and you taste that in each bite.

Unfortunately, the worst case scenario happened today, and we do not have enough people to open today. This is so very hard on a small business like mine, but we will be ready to serve you the rest of the week with our regular business hours 11:30-8 with a full team.
