Spudley's Family Restaurant Spudley's Restaurant opened in February 2012. We're a family run restaurant dedicated to bringing you great, home-cooked food fast!

Enjoy our hand-pressed charbroiled hamburgers, pressed sandwiches, and nightly specials. We are now OPEN at our new location at 2 Morningside Drive in Paola, KS.

Pam had successful surgery to repair a fractured tibia. She is progressing well. The restaurant will reopen Monday Feb. 24th.

Update. Pam has a broken bone. Off to Olathe for surgery. We will be closed until further notice.

Due to an injury, we will be closed for lunch today. Awaiting results to see the extent of injury. Not life threatening.
