The second the air gets a “little” cooler, the fall menu comes out, and suddenly everything starts feeling a little more…

la la la… 🍂🎶

It’s the season for cozy mornings, small-town fall energy, coffee dates, oversized sweaters we may or may not actually need in Florida yet… and a Great Pumpkin Matcha in hand. 😂

Basically, we’re fully embracing our Gilmore Girls fall era at The Soul Space.

Because if Stars Hollow had a neighborhood wellness café, we’d like to think it would feel a little like this. 🤍

Our fall drink menu is here in Panama City, Florida, with seasonal coffee, matcha, and all the cozy flavors that make pretending it’s actually sweater weather a little easier.

October Events at The Soul Space ☕️🫶🏻

If you’ve been looking for things to do in Panama City, Florida, ways to meet new people, connect with other local women and business owners, or simply get out of the house and try something different, save this one.

There’s always more happening at The Soul Space Wellness Café + Shoppe than what’s behind the coffee counter.

This October, our calendar is filled with opportunities to connect, learn, work alongside each other, hear meaningful stories, support local businesses, and be part of our Panama City community.

You’ll find some of our favorite recurring events throughout the month, including Sisterhood + Sips, Coffee + Connections, She Speaks, Community Workshops, Sunday Social Market, and our next Small Business Marketing Workshop with Halstead Creative Co.

We’re also excited for a new book signing and to be part of the second Glow Up Collective!

The Glow Up Collective is a morning to move, reset, discover + connect with Pilates, a sound bath, personalized skin analysis, Human Design, local wellness vendors, photo moments + coffee from The Soul Space.

For years, Faith Mascato’s story carried patterns of insecurity and fear shaped by childhood trauma, domestic violence, and religious abuse.

Those experiences affected how she saw herself, what she believed was possible, and even her ability to dream.

But healing taught Faith something powerful:

What happened to you does not get to define who you are.

This month, Faith joins us for She Speaks: Stories of Tragedy to Triumph, a monthly women’s gathering at The Soul Space Wellness Café + Shoppe in Panama City, Florida, created around real women, real stories, connection, and hope.

Faith is a speaker, founder of The Intersections Community, and author of UnNormal. She’ll share her journey from deep despair to unquenchable hope — and how she learned to separate the lies created by pain from the truth of who God designed her to be.

If you’ve ever struggled to believe in yourself…

Wondered if your past has changed your future…

Or simply needed permission to dream again…

There may be something in Faith’s story for you. 🤍

Because what happened to you may be part of your story, but it doesn’t get the final word on who you are.

Strong, supportive women are lifelines. And when we surround ourselves with them, we rise together. 🤍

There is something powerful about being in a room with women who dream big, take action, and want to see you win. Women who teach you something new, challenge your thinking, and lovingly call you out when you’re playing small.

We need women who will cheer us on AND ask, “Girl, what are you waiting for?”

“Your network is your net worth” takes on a deeper meaning when you consider the wisdom, courage, connection, and opportunities your circle brings into your life.
