Growing up around the restaurant business, Mitch learned early that great food is only part of what makes a memorable dining experience—it’s the people, the atmosphere, and the sense of community that keep guests coming back year after year.

Passionate about preserving the restaurant's Old Florida charm, Mitch is committed to supporting local fishermen, serving quality seafood, and ensuring every guest feels like family.
