Kanpachi Crudo, delicately sliced and brightened with shiso vinaigrette, pickled Fresno peppers, and lime zest.
Ebi Kushiyaki, grilled and finished with yuzu kosho chili sauce, layered with negi shio and crispy garlic.
Gulf Coast Grouper, seasoned with togarashi and served over sautéed napa cabbage and enoki, brought together with a warm soy ginger glaze.

In Japan, sakura marks the fleeting beauty of cherry blossom season — a short window that reminds us to pause, celebrate, and welcome spring. It also happens to coincide with O-Ku’s anniversary, making it one of our favorite traditions of the year.

Join us for an exclusive Menagerie Wine Dinner featuring a five-course experience by Executive Chef Roman Pounders, thoughtfully paired with the celebrated wines of Menagerie Wines. Crafted by master winemaker Philippe Melka, each vintage reflects the elegance and depth that define Napa Valley at its finest.

The evening also unveils the limited-edition Yarrow x Menagerie release—each bottle adorned with evocative wildlife photography by David Yarrow, one of the world’s most renowned fine art photographers. A collaboration between Menagerie founders Ricky and Lisa Novak and O-Ku, this multi-sensory experience blends storytelling, visual artistry, and refined flavors into one unforgettable night.
