Chef Eddie and his team have been working hard behind the scenes, creating new ideas, testing flavors, and making every last tweak before bringing these dishes to your table.

This season’s menu features several new dishes to try, including a classic Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap, Bourbon Street Grilled Shrimp, Lemon Ricotta Eggplant Caprese, and even an All-American Chicago Style Hotdog! 🌭

We’re excited to share this new menu with the community and can’t wait to welcome everyone in to try it. Gather around the table, enjoy something new, and help us kick off summer at Franklins.
